perennial very similar to daisies. It is native to
the mountains of Europe and Siberia, and cultivated
in North America. The flowers are used medicinally.
Medicinal Uses: Arnica is primarily
used topically in creams, liniments, etc. to treat
conditions such as muscle aches, inflammation and
as a wound healer.
