Walking Meditation
Walking meditation can be used in conjunction with sitting
meditation to keep your meditation practice in balance. In walking
meditation, essentially what you are doing is slowly walking
in a circle or line and being aware of every movement as you
walk, particularly in terms of your feet as they come in contact
with the ground. This method was originally taught by the Buddha,
and much like a mantra, the motion of walking can give you something
to concentrate on.
