This makes a great bread, very light. The inclusion of the rosemary gives it a nice woodsy flavor.

Ingredients:
* 1 cup water
* 3 tablespoons olive oil
* 1 1/2 teaspoons white sugar
* 1 teaspoons salt
* 1/4 teaspoon Italian herbs
* 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
* 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
* 2 1/2 – 3 cups bread flour
* 1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Directions:
Combine all ingredients, knead and let rise until double in bulk. Punch down, form into a loaf, and let rise.

Bake in a 425 degree oven for about 20 minutes, or until nicely browned.
