Weight Loss Tips From “The Biggest Loser” Guru

Nov 18th, 2009 | By admin | Category: Featured, Weight Loss

It isn’t easy either shedding the pounds or trying to keep them off in the first place around the holidays,  but Bob Harper, a trainer on NBC’s The Biggest Loser, has some tips.

Harper has teamed up with the nonprofit Grain Foods Foundation to promote health and nutrition, and he has eight tips for keeping your weight in check over the holidays, including:

4. Eat every 4 hours. Eating regularly keeps your metabolism in check, and prevents you from getting too hungry, which could trigger bad food decisions.

5. Water, water, and more water! Water keeps everything moving through you. It also enriches your skin and will help you lose weight by making you feel fuller. Drink as often as you can. Don’t wait until you’re thirsty to avoid dehydration.

You can find the rest of Bob Harper’s tips here.
