Cabbage Soup Diet

Purely a short-term dieting solution (7 days), the cabbage soup diet is pretty much self-explanatory: dieters can eat as much cabbage soup as they want. Add water and a small amount of other foods, and you have a week's worth of fun. Some claim that the loss of 10 pounds in 7 days is possible, but it should be noted that you should not go beyond the 7 days. This is not a long-term weight loss system.
