Ornish Diet

Started by Dr. Dean Ornish around 1990, the Ornish Diet comes at weight loss with the attempt to also help you prevent or reverse heart disease. This makes it actually a couple of diets in one, both relying heavily on vegetarianism and small amounts of calories from fat.
