Raw Diet

The concept behind the raw diet is simple enough: foods allowed within the diet are eaten raw, not cooked, the theory being that raw foods tend to retain more essential vitamins, enzymes and minerals. Some of the foods allowed here include those you might expect to find, such as vegetables, fruits, legumes, beans, nuts, etc.
