Bhakti Yoga
Bhakti comes from the Hindu root "bhaj," which means
"to be attached to God." This is a highly devotional
and blissful form of yoga in which the practioner seeks to lose
their self identity and become one with the object of their
faith, be it Buddha, Christ, Krishna, etc.
