Bikram Yoga
Founded by Bikram Choudhury, Bikram yoga is a physically-challenging
yoga form with an interesting twist: it is conducted in a room
where the temperature has been raised to 90-100 degrees F. This
elevated temperature allows you to go more deeply into yoga
poses, improves safety, aids in flexibility, and releases toxins.
Bikram consists of 26 poses, each usually done two times and
always in the same order so that one pose flows naturally into
the next.
