YogaSpace - Brookfield
We offer a variety of classes every day. Rise and shine with an early-morning yoga class or drop in after getting the kids off to school for your Om time. If you work in the area, take a yoga break on your lunch break or unwind from the grind with yoga on your way home. Or come by for an evening pratice. We offer special classes for men, teens, parents and kids, and people recovering from cancer and other serious illnesses in addition to standard Hatha yoga classes. Meditation, Tai Chi, NIA, and Pilates are also offered.
