Sol Yoga & Massage is a place for people to experience
and study Hatha and Kundalini yoga. We believe in a holistic
approach to the study of yoga, giving our students a well-rounded
yoga experience, bringing in teachers with an eclectic background
of yoga.

In Tree of Life Yoga classes you’ll learn a sequence
of yoga postures that supports optimal health and fitness.
This movement practice, called asana, is an effective way
to increase flexibility, balance and strength. A gentle form
of weight bearing exercise, yoga is appropriate for any age
or fitness level.
Twin City Tae
Kwan Do - Eagan
Monday evening classes will be a beginning-level, Vinyasa-yoga
based program focusing on using conscious breathing to link
body and mind. Vinyasa yoga is a moderately challenging form
of yoga where each asana (posture) is joined with the next
to create a flowing, dance-like sequence.
The
Yoga Center of Minneapolis - Minneapolis
The Yoga Center of Minneapolis has studios in the Downtown
Minneapolis Warehouse District (MPLS) and in St. Louis Park
(SLP). Class Passes can be used at any Yoga Center studio.
