Yoga. Bikram Yoga consists of 26-postures and two breathing
exercises that improve strength, flexibility and balance while
simultaneously enhancing awareness and promoting a calm sense
of being. Doing the Bikram Method regularly will improve overall
health, minimize stress, relax the mind and energize the body.
